Terms of Service
Effective 23 September 2026 · Version française. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the website https://etolys.fr and of the Etolys monitoring dashboard. Using the dashboard means accepting them. Commercial terms for the “Local Review Kit” service (scope, price, timing, payment) are set by the quote accepted by the business; in case of conflict, the quote prevails.
2. Publisher
The service is published by Thomas Royer, entrepreneur individuel (EI), registered in France under SIREN 106 081 300. See the legal notice (in French).
3. Services
- Local Review Kit: profile audit, creation of the official review request link, supply and installation of NFC and QR code displays, staff briefing, compliance guide and 30-day follow-up.
- Dashboard: a web application to view, in read-only mode, the information, reviews, metrics and search terms of the Google Business Profiles that the connected Google account owns or manages.
4. Dashboard access
The dashboard is reserved for businesses that own or are authorised to manage a Google Business Profile. By connecting a Google account, you confirm that you are authorised to view the profiles it manages. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure; we never ask for your password.
6. Your obligations
You agree to use our services in accordance with the law and with Google’s rules, in particular to:
- offer the review request to all your customers, without selecting satisfied customers;
- offer no incentive (discount, gift, benefit) in exchange for a review;
- not post, buy or solicit fake reviews;
- follow Google’s prohibited and restricted content policy in your replies to reviews;
- not attempt to disrupt, bypass or misuse the service.
7. No guaranteed results
We make it easier to ask for reviews; we guarantee no number of reviews, no rating and no position in Google Search, Google Maps or any other service. The metrics shown come from Google and may be delayed, incomplete or changed by Google.
8. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The dashboard relies on Google APIs, which may change, be limited or be discontinued beyond our control.
9. Intellectual property and trademarks
The content of the website and dashboard (text, interface, code) belongs to Thomas Royer. Your profile data remains yours and Google’s, under Google’s terms. Google, Google Business Profile and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC; Etolys is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
We are only liable for proven fault and only for direct damage. We are not responsible for Google’s decisions (profile suspension, review removal, API changes) or for content posted by third parties on your profile.
12. Term, termination and exit
You can stop using the dashboard at any time. We may suspend access in case of breach of these terms or of Google’s rules. When you stop using the service, your data is deleted following the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date is shown at the top of the page; dashboard users are notified by email of any significant change before it applies.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Thomas Royer have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
